About Almond Therapy & Counselling

Welcome! I am Alicia Almond, founder of
Almond Therapy & Counselling.
I am a qualified psychotherapist specialising in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, working with adults and teenagers to manage anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, self-esteem, OCD, PTSD, and everyday life challenges. My approach is client-centred and practical; together, we explore how thoughts and behaviours affect feelings and develop strategies to create positive, lasting change.
I provide a safe, welcoming space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to take the first step toward improving their wellbeing — often the hardest part of starting therapy. I work collaboratively with you to help you develop practical tools and coping strategies that can be applied in everyday life, so you can navigate challenges more effectively and improve your overall quality of life.
