Welcome! I am Alicia Almond, founder of

Almond Therapy & Counselling.


I am a qualified psychotherapist specialising in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. I work with adults and teenagers to manage anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, self-esteem, OCD, PTSD, and everyday life challenges.

 

My approach to therapy is client-centred and practical; together, we explore how thoughts and behaviours affect feelings and develop strategies that can be used in everyday life to navigate challenges more effectively.

I provide a safe, welcoming space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to take the first step toward improving their wellbeing — often the hardest part of starting therapy. 

 

Whether you’re seeking support for mental health, struggling with stress, or looking to build resilience, I’m here to guide and support you on your journey toward greater wellbeing.
