Welcome! I am Alicia Almond, founder of
Almond Therapy & Counselling.
I am a qualified psychotherapist specialising in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. I work with adults and teenagers to manage anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, self-esteem, OCD, PTSD, and everyday life challenges.
My approach to therapy is client-centred and practical; together, we explore how thoughts and behaviours affect feelings and develop strategies that can be used in everyday life to navigate challenges more effectively.
I provide a safe, welcoming space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to take the first step toward improving their wellbeing — often the hardest part of starting therapy.
